Oh wow, I am just eating fresh home-grown raspberries with Greek yoghurt. I think this needs recording so that I can look back and remember how good those raspberries tasted!
I think almost anyone would like Apocalyptica if they actually heard them. Sadly, they are just way too obscure. You're the second person I've met who (to my knowledge) has actually heard of the group.
Apocalyptica in the jukebox, wow. I was already thinking that your pub sounded like my kind of place.
I still have to find out what the deal is with the jukebox. The day we moved in the jukebox company came along to empty it, but apart from that we haven't heard from them. We don't have the key to it, so we can't change the selection ourselves, and I don't know whether I can just say "put these CDs in" or whether I have to ask them to get hold of them and bring them along themselves.
I think you'll find a number of Apocalyptica fans on my "friends" list. Some of them have even managed to see them live. (Unfortunately whenever I've heard about them playing in the UK I've been busy and unable to get away.)
Yay Apocalyptica!! I love their albim of metallica covers on four strings, it's onf of my favourite albums ever.
I'd hesitate them to call them obscure, but maybe I know more people who like that sort of thing - my housemate snow_leopard owns a lot of their albums and a significant fraction of my friends know of them (possiblt due to me inflicting it on them!). They played at a students union venue in London a couple of years back, and showed themselves to be 5 cute finnish boys clad entirely in PVC. Mmmmmmm.
Heh. I randomly clicked through to your journal from support, and my eye caught on Apocalyptica, so I went to comment to say, "Hey, cool." but it turns out that's been done already. ;-)
Well, greetings, pleased to meet you. I'm getting more and more tempted to list Apocalyptica as an interest, since I seem to be getting such a positive response!
Miscellaneous. Eclectic. Random. Perhaps markedly literate, or at least suffering from the compulsion to read any text that presents itself, including cereal boxes.

I usually only put music in my interests if it's something that I feel very strongly about, but Apocalyptica is fitting enough to work.
I'm friending you because you seem interesting, what with the book reviews, and the random things thrown in, and all. Cheers.
