Does anyone happen to know where I can find / what has happened to Raphael Carter's androgyny resources? I'm taking part in a discussion which I think would benefit from a link to that material, and I can find lots and lots of references to it but not the RAQ itself or any related original stuff. I really hope that has not vanished from the internet...

Anyway I'm thinking that there are several people on my flist who are as likely to know about this as anyone, so it's worth a try.

Google's cache seems to have some of it, but a look at www.chaparraltree.com (where it was hosted) suggests that they've had some sort of server crash & are restoring things now... so it might be worth emailing their webmaster.

As j4 said, Raphael had a massive server crash.

If you like, I can ask Pamela (Raphael's partner) if she have more information, or can get you a copy of this. Raphael's not on LJ, but Pamela is, as pameladean.

I was vaguely aware that Raphael is connected to people I know, which is part of why I was asking. Server crash suggests that not being able to find the androgyny stuff is a temporary problem, and I just happened to pick the wrong day to go looking. A copy would be very nice, but what I'm really after is having the stuff accessible as a resource I can link people to. If it's a technical problem that's more hopeful than Raphael deciding to take the material down. Maybe I should ask pameladean; I'd feel embarrassed, but it's a good idea.

More like the wrong month--Raphael's been rebuilding that server/site for a long time.
