I think part of the reason why I had such a miserable time yesterday is that I'd kind of planned on just nipping into town and grabbing a couple of things
Oh yes! A lot of common stress isn't things going badly, but slippage of expectactions. You have it fixed in your head that this isn't that hard, so just *do* it, and get tireder and tireder. If you realised early on it was becoming a marathon you could plan it properly, have a couple of short breaks to recharge, and be quicker than if you didn't!
When things go wrong you're frustrated, because you feel stupid for not havign anticipated, and you feel you should be able to finish it shortly, so don't do any good habits like shopping list but keep it in your head, and then find you keep remberering things you forgot, and it's all bad.
Miscellaneous. Eclectic. Random. Perhaps markedly literate, or at least suffering from the compulsion to read any text that presents itself, including cereal boxes.
