pseudomonas left on Tuesday, AL dropped by on her way back to Ox from Inverness. It was really good to see her, as she's brilliant fun to talk to. I love having friends who can point out to me that the phrase a bit of skirt is actually "a synecdoche of a synecdoche".
And nowneonchameleon is staying at my place while attending job interviews in the vicinity. This is very cool in that I live too far away from most of my friends to get visitors very often. But I also hate sharing my house even with people that I really like. Yes, I know, I'm a curmudgeonly old young bachelor. But that's the way it is.
