coalescent recommended it to me forever ago. And then rysmiel recommended it to me in the strongest terms. And then lethargic_man told me I had to read it so he and I could discuss it and because it is REPLETE WITH MIDRASH (sic).
How it came into my hands: I bought it from Amazon and lovelyhatam_soferet carried it across the Atlantic for me.
