Offline life got interesting

I've had visitors here for most of the last couple of weeks, mostly jack but also forestofglory for a few days. So that gave me a good excuse to be a tourist in my own locality, but also meant that I wanted to spend time talking to the people actually present in the room, which led to being fairly quiet online.

Other than that, I've been writing grants and marking exams. Life is good.
