Oh wow, I am super-late to the party. Alas. I will post anyway, though. :)
Your identity: I'm a mid-20s transgender & genderqueer disabled fan-dork. I live in Michigan, the U.S., but am moving one state south to Indiana. I'm a student about to embark on the next step in my academic ~adventure~. I have three pet snakes and a hedgehog (plus a cat, but the cat isn't coming with me to Indiana).
What you are passionate about: The internets. Conquering the world in Civilization IV. Consuming fanfic/art/vids. Zombies. Trans and disability issues. Television. Being chagrined. Kink. Sex toys. CAPSLOCK. My friends.
How you use Dreamwidth: It is my main home on the internets. I post about both fandom and non-fandom related things. Most of my posts are access-locked (basically, anything that mentions details about my life beyond the internets). I'd guess it averages something like 20% fandom-related entries and 80% non-fandom entries. Lately I've been posting more memes than usual. I have an opt-in filter on which I occasionally post detailed reviews of sex toys. I also x-post entries to my LJ account (bitter_crimson), but keep all comments on DW. I tend to use my DW mostly as a place to hang out with & communicate with my friends I've made on the site, and then secondarily as a place to host fandom creations.
A link to a recent post of yours that is characteristic of your journal or writing style: Um, well since I lock most of my entries, and generally it's only the fandom ones that are public, idk how well I can answer this, since it'll only be fandom entries which don't represent most of my journal. But oh well, here is one that is a thing I created (Mythbusters fanart), and here is one of me geeking out over a silly show, Wizards of Waverly Place (that second one probably has more of my "writing style").
A link to a journal on Dreamwidth you think people might enjoy reading, even if they don't know the writer personally:thingswithwings
Miscellaneous. Eclectic. Random. Perhaps markedly literate, or at least suffering from the compulsion to read any text that presents itself, including cereal boxes.
