Date: 2008-11-21 07:33 am (UTC)I was a little nervous about making a post that implicitly draws an analogy between my Jewish experience and that of POC, because of the huge, glaring, obvious differences. (For example, the fact that it is possible, legitimately, to become Jewish, so to some extent the annoying guy had a right to be there.) So I'm glad that what I thought I was recognizing actually seems to you like a reasonable connection.
