Ok, I've edited to include a link back to you. I normally would present the context of a discussion I'm referring to, but it's possible to read this post as 2000 words of "why Paul is WRONG". It isn't quite, but I wasn't sure how much you'd want a link in the circumstances, so I erred on the side of discretion.
