By the way, your question about heat intolerance was really cool. I went poking in the literature when I had access to journals and there's surprisingly little direct research on it, it seems to be just a given. The nearest thing there seems to be to a theory is damage to the autonomic nervous system which regulates body temperature. I tend to go straight for the cellular explanation, which is my bias, but there is a little bit of evidence that generally elevated immune reactivity leads to problems with heat-shock proteins.
