Thank you, this is really thinky. I really do hate people writing about tech in a smug, superior way. Those no0bs that you look down on, they're the ones who fall for phishes and end up having their websites and computers used for spam, which chokes up all the good things about the internet. If you actually tried communicating with people with respectful and helpful way, it would do more to make the web a more geek-friendly place than mocking people who maybe didn't learn to program from the cradle.
People keep saying the future of the web is curation, not just content-creation. I do wish there were a better middle-ground between spamming all your friends with everything you do online, and making it really difficult to use the internet in a social way. I want it to be easy to share links and content, I most certainly don't want it to be frictionless.
Miscellaneous. Eclectic. Random. Perhaps markedly literate, or at least suffering from the compulsion to read any text that presents itself, including cereal boxes.
