It's been so long since I was hairbunniez that I don't think anyone who was making then is still going - I'd say Etsy, probably, and be picky about the quality of the hair they're using if you want loose pony falls. (you'll be relatively limited in shades to "the ones they make" but if you're willing to pay for the really high quality silky straight hair it's very blendable, and someone may be willing to blend you the perfect shade for a fee. Or you could by human hair weft and dye) For either wool-dreds or loose pony-falls, you can DIY quite easily:hand making dread-dreads is, frankly, a faff, and there's a significant difference between someone's early attempts and a practised makers' work, so if that's what you're imagining, I'd contract that out.
