I was really happy to see that response come up in the discussion. All the foofaraw about how people shouldn't ever report anything or make accusations because of "innocent until proven guilty" seems really counter-productive. Innocent people who get accused, whether from misunderstanding or malice, are far better off if there is a proper process for reporting and handling reports. Expecting people to meet criminal court standards of proof before they even start the process of reporting and addressing harassment isn't the right way to protect people from false accusations, I think.
Miscellaneous. Eclectic. Random. Perhaps markedly literate, or at least suffering from the compulsion to read any text that presents itself, including cereal boxes.
