Yes, in this respect I do very much buy in to the HAES philosophy. If you're doing plenty of exercise and eating well, the size you are is very likely indeed to be a healthy weight for you. It's not just Hollywood that preaches otherwise, though, it's the medical world, who have this idea that everybody should have a BMI between 20 and 25, though the evidence doesn't really support this at all.
