Oh, not at all a criticism, it's extremely pertinent and I'm genuinely glad to see the link again. I would be really interested in your thoughts, since you belong to some really highly represented groups and some groups with really atrocious representation, plus it's the sort of topic where you often have interesting thoughts. But obviously you have loads going right now, no obligation at all to prioritize replying to my random noodling about this stuff.
