Date: 2014-07-04 12:42 pm (UTC)I have Deeply Conflicted Feelings about Buffy, because on the one hand it's clearly absolutely appalling at a very great many things, and on the other in spite of this it provided a frame for me to better understand my own psychology, and that's... a thing. It was realising that Buffy obviously has PTSD that kind of tipped me over into "... and so do I".
