Well, to be fair the situation with the multiple house purchases is entirely self-inflicted. And it's made a lot easier (if more expensive) by the fact that we're both renting, rather than trying to sell the house we're living in in order to move directly into the house we intend to live in. That's the situation of our vendors in Cambridge, so I do feel more sorry for them than annoyed with them for dragging things out.
