That's a really interesting personal example, thank you for bringing it in to the discussion. I am glad that campaigns that explicitly include asexuality are helpful to you, and that you were able to benefit from finding that identity and community. I can completely see that you've always been the way you are, and also that you chose that as an identity; even though bi is in some ways a more established category, I can see parallels with my own experience.
