Cycling gloves do not routinely get covered in oil. Handling the oily parts of a bike should be a rare thing (I once hired a bike that had a chain that fell off several times in the day I had it; this is unusual and if your bike has this problem take it to be fixed).

I buy gloves intended for skiing. Nice and warm.
