Brighton. It's where most of my siblings live, so I know it well enough that I don't need more than an afternoon to explore. And it has any number of eateries (whether pubs, cafés or restaurants), and quirky interesting little places, and a seafront, and streets that are fun to just wander, so it's great in any weather.
Skomer Island is my favourite nature reserve in the world.
