Hopefully N will be along to give her opinion, but the most obvious thing I've noticed while out with her in a wheelchair is that roads are, for the most part, considerably better maintained than pavements. That's not quite the same as the questions of whether private cars should exist at all and if so who gets to have one, but the priorities it reveals definitely belong to 'car culture' and are penalizing the disabled.
