I agree that there is a whole category of ultra-rich and that they need eating.

I think there are some much much less rich people who also need eating. I had a landlady who I would put in that category, and I think a lot of people have bosses and middle management who would qualify too. There's a wealth problem and there is also an abuse-of-position problem. You don't have to be very rich to have a position from which you can cause harm; it just limits you as to how many people you can harm at once.
