Gosh. I await photographic evidence with interest. I suppose being rid of split ends and the like is a net good and I can certainly see the point of neatness given interviews and so on, but... I don't know, I think I'm just philosophically inclined to think hair should be either as long as is feasible or, on the few people who can carry it, really insanely short. What really irks me is the stage of long enough to get in one's face but not yet long enough to tie back, which I intend to avoid for the rest of my life if at all possible. Probably won't really sort out my reaction, fwiw, until I see you in person. [ Yay primate grooming rituals. ]
I can't remember when last I had mine cut, it was certainly before I came to Canada. But then, it semes to have settled at this length and is not visibly or tangibly doing any of that split-endiness.
