liv: A woman with a long plait drinks a cup of tea (teapot)
[personal profile] liv
I'm just swallowing a last cup of tea before heading out to fly home for Passover and a few days' manic visiting lots of people. I should be contactable by email, though sporadically, from tomorrow morning. Phoning my parents may also be effective. I am not sure where my English mobile is; with luck, it is in my bedroom chez the parents, but I am not convinced of this. Don't call Monday evening or you will be unpopular.

I have done my Passover cleaning, though it took about twice as long as it should have. Hence, I didn't spend the time I was hoping to have spare catching up on LJ; I have the longest backlog of posts I can remember since I started blogging. Have been madly busy since about the 10th of March. (I think I've had one or two full nights' sleep in that time, too.) And I owe the biggest mountain of email.

If all goes to plan I'll be home by about 2 am tonight. At least I'm tired enough that I'll probably spend most of the journey asleep.

Pembury Tuesday evening, if anyone wants to see me who hasn't made arrangements already.

Thanks!

Re: kosher - if it's good enough for you, it's good enough for me as it concerns you! We all live by the dictates of our conscience and try to interprete the divine will, thus. I am Reform that way :-)

I like autonomy. I "autonomously" embrace Halacha, but it's still MY autonomy! :-D

MMMmmmmmm.... Tea. Tea is good. We like tea. I will stop pootering about on the internet, make some tea, and get some work done.

See you at the Pembury!

Are you coming to me as well? I have plenty of tea. I hardly drink it myself. I live in Finchley now in studio flat by myself. The toilet is shared but everything else is in the studio flat. The kitchen is separate that means I can close the door at night and won't hear the fridge. I did not pay any deposit nor agency fee but the flat is expensive anyway. I don't have lots of space otherwise I would have offered you to stay here for a few days.
If you want to come and visit me I can email you my address and contact number. I got a land line immediately when I asked for it.

I am just a bit sad that I am far away from my best friend.

Hope the trip is fun, and looking forward to hearing from you again when time permits.

*hugs, lots of*
