(For my part, there's one person I mildly regret not kissing, and nobody I regret kissing as an individual; I have a few regrets about picking the wrong moment and circumstances for some of my kissing.)

The most interesting bit is the gender disparity. Easily explainable, but still interestingly reflective of society.

I regret not kissing one girl, but since I was about to go away to university at the time I think it was probably for the best. In general, I'm not a prolific kisser anyway (well, not prolific as in promiscuous - I suspect people who have seen me with A might disagree about the numerical definition). I tend to have more regret about not getting to the point where kissing could occur.

Good point about the explanation behind the gender disparity. There's still a big assumption floating around that kissing is something men do to women.

And the concept of getting to the point of kissing is very sound too; I wonder if there are a lot of people who get to that sort of point, and then chicken out, and regret that they may never get another opportunity.
